These terms are a plain-words draft. A lawyer has not reviewed them yet.
1. What Plover is
Plover (plover.markets) shows facts about new Solana tokens, mostly Pump.fun graduations. It has a live chart, a data page, a Telegram channel (@plover_alerts) and a swap page. Our automated systems run the site, the channel and the bots. A small team builds them.
By using the site, the channel or the bots, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Not financial advice
Everything we publish is information, not advice. An alert, a chart or a number is not a tip to buy or sell. We do not know your situation, and we do not make calls. You decide what to trade, and the result is yours.
3. Memecoins can go to zero
Most new tokens lose almost all their value, fast. In our own data, the median Pump.fun graduate was down 94% one day after it graduated (288 tokens with a 60-100 SOL pool, Oct 27-28, 2026; see plover.markets/data). Some tokens are scams. Some can't be sold. Only trade money you can lose in full.
4. How a swap works
- The swap page asks Jupiter, a separate service, for a route and a price.
- Jupiter builds the transaction. Your own wallet (Phantom, Solflare or another you choose) shows it to you, and you sign it.
- We never hold your funds. We never see or store your private key or seed phrase. We have no account for you.
- Funds move from your wallet, through the Jupiter route, back to your wallet.
- Once you sign, the blockchain settles it. We cannot cancel, reverse or refund a swap.
- Prices move between the quote and the fill. Check the amount, the price impact and the token address before you sign.
5. Our fee
On pairs that include SOL or USDC, the swap page adds a 0.5% (50 basis points) fee through Jupiter's referral program. Jupiter keeps 20% of that fee, so we receive 0.4% of the swap. The fee is part of the transaction you sign, and the page shows it before you swap. On other pairs we take no fee. Jupiter may charge its own fee on some pairs; the page shows it on a separate line.
Our referral account is 73x23Zz2Y4m5kQ5y3qW3Rw7gR5Hc6xSffWRCmRmbfpBZ, so anyone can check what it earns on-chain.
6. Data "as is"
We pull prices, charts, volumes and market caps from outside sources (Jupiter, GeckoTerminal, DexScreener, Kraken, Coinbase) and from our own collectors. These sources can be slow, rate-limited or wrong. A number can be late, missing or incorrect. A token name or logo can be fake. We give the data "as is", with no promise that it is complete, correct or on time. Check what matters to you on a second source, such as a block explorer.
7. Outside services
The site depends on services we do not control: Jupiter (routes and swaps), your wallet app, GeckoTerminal and DexScreener (market data), Cloudflare (hosting) and Telegram (the channel and bots). Their own terms apply to you when you use them. We are not responsible for their outages, errors or decisions.
8. Your part
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Plover.
- You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and the transactions you sign.
- You follow the laws that apply where you live, including any limits on crypto trading.
- You do not attack, overload or scrape the site or our API in a way that harms it.
- You do not use the site to break the law.
9. Where you may use Plover
You may not use Plover if you are in, or a resident of, the United Kingdom, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, or the so-called Donetsk or Luhansk People's Republics, or any other place under a full US embargo. You may not use Plover if you are on a US, UN, EU or UK sanctions list. Do not use a VPN to get around this.
10. No warranty, limited liability
We provide Plover with no warranty of any kind. The site can go down, change or stop. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from trading, from wrong or late data, from outside services, or from bugs. Smart contracts and blockchains carry their own risks, which we do not control.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. If you keep using Plover after a change, you accept the new terms.
12. Who we are and contact
Plover is run by the Plover team, based in the United States. The laws of the United States and the State of Delaware govern these terms.
